National Resources Wales asks for your views

Dear All

Your views count on how we manage flood risk and improve Wales’ water environment

Flood Risk Management Plans – Consultation ends on 31 January 2015

Only 7weeks left to have your say on the draft plans designed to direct how we manage flood risk. The draft flood risk management plans describe the risk of flooding from main rivers, the sea and reservoirs and set out how Natural Resources Wales want to manage and reduce flood risk across Wales from 2015 – 2021.

River Basin Management Plans – Consultation ends on 10 April 2015

Nearly half way through the consultation on the updated River Basin Management Plans.  We want to gather views on how we can protect and restore Wales’ water environment.

We want to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to contribute. There are challenges in protecting and improving the water environment, by working together we can develop the best solutions and put them into practice.  Your views will inform the flood risk management plans and the river basin plans which will be published in 2015.

The preferred way to respond to both consultations is online via a question / response form, but you can also respond by e-mail or letter.
